I'm Nathalie Buren, a certified personal trainer and active flight attendant. I've spent years in fitness and almost three years in the skies, so I understand reserve life, long days, hotel gyms with two dumbbells, and the struggle to stay consistent while living out of a suitcase. First Class Fitness was created so flight attendants finally have a program that fits our reality, not a "normal" 9–5 routine.
Inside this membership, my goal is simple: help you get stronger, feel better in and out of uniform, and stay consistent without burning out. You'll have structure, support, and aviation-specific workouts that travel with you from base to layover to home.
